Former World Champion Alberto March of Spain who is one of, if not THE, deepest divers in the world, hunting at depths in excess of 150ft while freediving at the recent world meet in Tahiti using OMER.

Freeediving is about being efficient and the same can be said of how the equipment must perform and even more so when it’s used by a breath-hold diver at such depths.

The largest Wahoo ever landed to date of 105lbs recently taken in February 2002 was by a diver using Omer equipment. The same can be said for a 610lb Bluefin Tuna taken by a freediver, Frane Zanchi, in the Adriatic Sea off Croatia a few years ago.

Wild underwater animal handlers of the Extreme Encounters Team made up of actress celebrity freediver Mehgan Heaney Grier, animal expert Manny Puigg, and wildlife cinematographer Mark Rackley who made their debut starring on the Animal Planet hit show Extreme Contact, also choose O.ME.R. as their equipment choice.
